Houzz - Senior Product Manager

• Product Strategy & Vision: Own the strategy and roadmap for your product area, from discovery through launch and iteration. Translate complex business challenges into clear, growth-oriented product strategies. • Workflow Design & Logic: Understand how Pros actually run their businesses, and design workflows that hold up in real-world use. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with PMs across Houzz Pro, as well as Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Support, to deliver a connected experience across the platform. • Execution Excellence: Write crisp PRDs, manage backlogs, and lead planning to ship high-impact features that boost Pro efficiency and retention. • Data-Driven Growth: Define and track core performance metrics, working closely with the Data Science team. • Customer Empathy & UX Clarity: Partner directly with Product Design and our Pros to turn complex, multi-step processes into intuitive experiences that Pros love using every day. • At a Minimum, We'd Like You To Have • Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience owning complex, multi-step B2B SaaS workflows. • Collaborative Leadership: Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Support) to drive complex initiatives forward. • Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to leverage quantitative data and product analytics to optimize user journeys and system performance. • Global Collaboration: Willingness to work flexible hours to collaborate effectively with global development teams and international customers. • Ideally, You'll Also Have • SMB SaaS Background: Experience building business management software for small and medium-sized businesses, such as CRM, project management, financial, or operations tools. • Domain Context: Familiarity with home construction, remodeling, design, or trade business operations. • Houzz is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
