Responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure required information is completed. • Maintain accurate employee records, documents, and HR information. • Assist employees with routine HR and People Operations questions. • Coordinate internal People-related communications, meetings, and activities. • Support the administration of company policies, procedures, and employee programs. • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal initiatives. • Assist with improving People Operations processes and documentation.
