Requirements

• Experience in business strategy, sales strategy, sales operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a related analytical function. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into practical recommendations. • Demonstrated success leading projects with broad scope from planning through execution. • Ability to build consensus across teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and Salesforce. • Proficiency with AI tools, including LLMs, agents, Apps Script, and workflow automation tools, to improve efficiency and accuracy. • Strong ownership, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic operations business partner to business leaders, supporting a large and complex organization. • Translate complex data and business problems into clear priorities, recommendations, and measurable outcomes. • Build alignment with senior stakeholders and ensure initiatives move from planning through execution. • Develop comprehensive project plans and lead large, cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution, coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Systems, Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing, and other partners. • Analyze business performance, pipeline, capacity, and broader trends to surface opportunities and risks. • Improve processes, reporting, planning mechanisms, and decision-making frameworks.
