Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in managing, leading, and inspiring a team of remote engineers, including hiring, retaining, and managing performance. • 5+ years of work experience in a Software Engineering role, with proven technical leadership skills and expertise in designing scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions. • Proficient in agile team software development and strong Project Management, delivering complex projects within defined timelines and resource constraints. • Adept at collaborating cross-functionally, communicating effectively, and aligning efforts to achieve common goals. • Passionate about technology, staying updated with the latest industry trends and advancements • $220,000 - $300,000 a year
Responsibilities
• Build and lead a team of 4-7 individuals through effective recruitment, mentoring, leadership, and performance management. • Build amazing, delightful products that win the market. • Work with Product Managers to define the roadmaps. • Plan and drive project execution. • Drive product quality, reliability, and user experience. • Assist with sales and customer calls. • Review and oversee technical design documentation and decisions
