• 7+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineer. • Strong experience designing and deploying enterprise solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, and modern application architectures. • Experience working with LLMs, multimodal AI systems, embeddings, or video-centric workloads; familiarity with video workflows, media asset management (MAM), or content pipelines is a strong plus. • A track record of leading customer implementations from kickoff through production launch, building trusted technical relationships with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders. • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and manage multiple strategic engagements simultaneously. • Willingness to travel across the APAC region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and deliver technical workshops. • Even if there are a few checkboxes that aren’t ticked through your prior experience, we still encourage you to apply!
