• Establishing a sales and loyalty strategy for each key account customer • Meeting and getting to know each key contact within our key account customers • Understanding and analyzing each customer’s needs and responding with a tailored solution • Building customer loyalty and ensuring customer satisfaction • Identifying opportunities and levers for developing the solution within the account (up-sell & cross-sell) • Conducting sales negotiations and anticipating each contract renewal • Contributing to the animation of our customer community through partnerships and events • As a true leader, you will ensure effective coordination between the Customer Success, Sales & the marketing teams. • Grow each customer account • Increase the Net New ARR of the portfolio in line with your target plan • Secure all contract renewals as part of multi-year commitments
