Requirements
• 3+ years of customer-facing implementation project management experience, including experience working with large enterprise clients on technology-driven onboarding/implementation • Experience in the payments industry and/or working with payments technologies is a must • Strong fundamental understanding of APIs, SDKs, and how complex systems integrate • Ability to think and plan strategically, along with the initiative to execute tactically • Expert level of organization and attention to detail as well as strong interpersonal communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to understand and translate complex technical detail across all project stakeholders with clarity • Strong customer service skills and commitment to meet or exceed customer expectations • Ability to travel as needed and required by the client and/or business (up to 10%)
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Account Management) to drive high-complexity implementations and meet aggressive enterprise go-live dates. • Own the end-to-end delivery process for implementations after contract signature, utilizing standardized project management methodologies to ensure technical accuracy, timely go-lives, and long-term client success • Work closely with the customer, sales engineering and account management to understand customer requirements and manage expectations • Create comprehensive project plans, including critical milestones, dependencies, and aggressive enterprise go-live dates • Develop and execute strategic communication plans and meeting agendas that align stakeholder objectives with project milestones, ensuring long-term relationship health and project success. • Maintain regular correspondence with project stakeholders to facilitate on-going status updates, relationship management & proactive technical/functional guidance • Communicate relevant client feedback to Spreedly product management, engineering, operations, sales and marketing functions • Deliver regular reporting regarding implementation metrics across all onboarding channels
