Benefits
• Financial services background required — you've worked in a fintech or consumer credit environment and understand the nuanced accounting that comes with it. • 10+ years in accounting/finance, with experience in a leadership role; you're equally comfortable as a manager and as someone who still gets their hands dirty. • NetSuite power user — you can configure, optimize, and get the most out of the platform without outside help. • Operator at heart — you've rebuilt or stood up accounting operations before and know what "good" looks like for a company on the path to IPO. • Curious about automation — you don't need to be an AI expert, but you should be excited about what it means for the future of accounting and eager to bring that thinking to the team. • SQL familiarity is a plus — comfortable reading queries and working cross-functionally with data and FP&A teams. • OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS • 1.
