Requirements

• 3-5+ years of combined, relevant experience, including experience at a law firm and/or in-house for a financial institution or fintech • Technical background in engineering, computer science, data analytics, statistics, or related areas • Familiarity with launching products and advising on the legal and regulatory implications of technology products • Familiarity with state and federal privacy and AI laws • Fluency translating legal advice into actionable guidance for innovative product and business teams • Avid interest in progressing your legal, tech and commercial knowledge, and evolving your skills in communication and advocacy • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects effectively • Sound and practical business judgment, intellectual creativity, and communication and problem-solving skills • A JD and active membership in at least one state bar
