Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Operations • Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business models, with an understanding of recurring revenue dynamics • Salesforce administration experience and ideally a certified administrator • Experience with Gong, Omni, HubSpot and DealHub ideally • Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation platforms (such as Claude, Make, or Zapier) to streamline workflows, and the judgment to validate AI outputs against source data • Interest in growing toward GTM engineering, with a working knowledge of or appetite to learn APIs, integrations, and data models • Strong quantitative skills and the willingness to dig into data • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
