Autotrader - Partnerships Manager (South West)
Requirements
• Proven experience in B2B account management, consultative business partner OR Customer Success type role or similar • Track record of achieving commercial KPIs, including driving revenue growth, product adoption, and retention. • Strong commercial acumen - able to spot growth opportunities and mitigate risk through effective questioning and listening • Confidence communicating with a range of customers and influencing decisions, developing long-term partnerships, and acting as a trusted consultant to truly understand your customers’ needs and challenges. • Experience turning data and insight into actionable recommendations • Confidence in contributing to continuous improvement by sharing best practices and customer feedback internally • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities • Passion for customer success and digital transformation • Strong collaborator, working closely with the wider team to share insights and drive better outcomes for our customers • You’ll need to be adaptable with the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment • During our application process, you will be asked two questions to help us learn more about you and how you align with our values. Benefits
• We’re offering a basic salary of £40,000 – £55,000, plus a car allowance* and an additional 10% of your salary awarded to you in shares each year. These awarded shares will become yours in yearly instalments over the next three years, and you can choose to either sell them or keep them as shares. • You'll have 28 days' holiday per year, and that's in addition to bank holidays and half-day closures on Christmas and New Year's Eve. • That’s not all.
