Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Services Technology (Fintech) or Software as a Service (SaaS) • Proven expertise with sales and solution architecture tooling and CRM/sales forecasting platforms (e.g., Salesforce) • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in cross-functional environments, with experience influencing and advising senior and executive leadership • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable product enhancements • Strong proficiency in solution design, product design, and business problem solving • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
Responsibilities
• Build, lead, and develop SavvyMoney's Solution Architecture practice for the Lending & Deposit product, establishing it as a best-in-class function from the ground up • Own and manage resource capacity forecasting across existing and prospective client engagements, serving as a strategic cross-functional partner to Product and Revenue leadership • Establish the tools, systems, and best practices that govern how the L&D solution is demonstrated, scoped, and positioned — driving consistency and repeatability across the team • Partner with Sales and Operations Leadership to align resource availability with sales projections, proactively escalating demand imbalances to senior leadership • Evaluate, implement, and manage presentation and demonstration platforms that reduce resource overhead and elevate the quality of client-facing engagements • Define and champion operational best practices for the Solution Architecture team, ensuring consistent adoption across all client-facing workflows • Collaborate with clients, prospective clients, and internal Product and Engineering teams to design scalable, high-value solutions that are purpose-built for efficient L&D implementation • Serve as a strategic advisor to the SVP of Operations and Product leadership on matters of solution design, tooling, and process optimization
Benefits
