Via - Global Equity Compensation Administrator
Requirements
• Required: Hands-on experience with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE equity compensation platform. • Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE equity compensation platform • Minimum 5+ years of experience in stock plan administration, equity compensation, or related fields. • Strong understanding of equity vehicles (options, RSUs, ESPP) and related tax/accounting implications. • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical/reporting skills. • Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and global regulatory requirements affecting equity compensation. • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation or progress toward CEP certification a plus.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of the company’s equity compensation programs (stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and other awards) using the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE platform. • Oversee and process all equity transactions, including grants, exercises, releases, and terminations. • Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions regarding equity awards, tax treatment, and use of the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE portal. • Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements, tax rules, and company policies. Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, and Accounting teams to reconcile data and reporting. • Support Finance team with quarterly stock-based compensation reporting and other equity-based reporting as needed. • Serve as the main liaison with Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE to resolve system issues, implement upgrades, and coordinate ongoing plan enhancements. • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, and process overviews. • Maintain accurate participant data and reconcile records between HRIS, payroll, and the Morgan Stanley/E*TRADE system.
