Requirements
• To be successful in this role, you’ll bring the following experience and qualifications (nice to have and required): • B2B Analytics Expertise: You possess 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and sales analytics with a deep understanding of pipeline health and customer journeys. • B2B Analytics Expertise: • Technical Proficiency: You are highly skilled in SQL and BI platforms such as Tableau, Sigma, Metabase, or Looker to transform complex datasets into actionable visualizations. • Technical Proficiency: • Growth Stage Resilience: You have a proven track record of acting as a grinder who can navigate the messy middle between startup chaos and structured scale. • Growth Stage Resilience: • CRM Mastery: You are comfortable working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to extract and analyze sales performance data. • CRM Mastery: • AI Integration: You have practical experience using AI and machine learning tools to enhance data analysis and improve your overall workflow efficiency. • AI Integration: • Collaborative Mindset: You can partner effectively with data engineering, Marketing, and sales teams to ensure data definitions are aligned across the organization. • Collaborative Mindset: • Industry Specifics: Prior experience working in K12 EdTech or within a Product Led Growth (PLG) startup environment, particularly for a Series B-C company. • Industry Specifics: • Dual Perspective: Previous professional experience working directly in a marketing or sales role. • Dual Perspective: • Notice: Priority Deadline and Review Start Date • Please note that applications for this position will be accepted until 3/9/26 - applications received after this date will be reviewed on an intermittent basis. Responsibilities
