Requirements

• 10 years of experience working with supply chain and Program Management. • Demonstrated leadership abilities to include managing through influence, communication and leading cross-functional initiatives. • Data analysis skills to identify trends and patterns. • Familiarity with telco inventory challenges and regulations. • Experience with cycle counting and inventory audits. • The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $136,000 - $198,000 + bonus + cash award + benefits. Responsibilities

• SCM project intake, prioritization, tracking • Maintain SCM playbook to ensure critical items are prioritized, resourced  and scheduled • Develop a monitoring program that provides a method to track procedural adherence, correct exceptions, and adapt the program as needed. • Lead SOP development to drive consistent, quality processes • Own business continuity SOPs and quarterly test plans • At a minimum we'd like you to have: • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, a similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience. • 8 years experience both working with inventory control and working in Program Management. • 5 years of experience with supply chain principles. • 5 years of experience with SAP (SaaS) and IMS software. • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time domestically.
