• Solid experience in People Operations or HR, ideally in high-growth or global environments. • Strong understanding of HR systems - especially Hibob and ATS tools (e.g. Lever, Greenhouse). • Basic knowledge of UK employment practices, with the ability to adapt and learn as needed. • A people-first mindset with a knack for building efficient, scalable processes. • Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • You’ve managed people admin across multiple European countries and are familiar with different regulations and practices. • Experience with benefits administration and/or immigration processes is a plus. • Kraken is a certified Great Place to Work in France, Germany, Spain, Japan, Australia, and USA.
