Responsibilities
• Support live defence programmes with hands-on analytical and operational work, contributing directly to delivery outcomes. • Prepare high-quality materials for customer meetings, internal reviews, and senior decision-making. • Analyse customer requirements, policy context, and programme constraints, turning them into clear, actionable inputs. • Work closely with programme managers to support planning, tracking, and execution across fast-moving projects. • Engage with military, government, and security-policy stakeholders, building early exposure to defence customers and acquisition environments. • Support customer engagement by structuring arguments, preparing briefings, and helping shape convincing narratives. • Operate as a high-ownership generalist, picking up ambiguous tasks and driving them to completion without hand-holding. • Learn fast by being close to real programmes, real customers, and real consequences from day one.
