Responsibilities
• Lead gen and experimentation • Own a constant pipeline of growth experiments across paid, organic, referral, partnerships, and channels nobody has tried yet • Find unfair advantages: loops, referral mechanics, and acquisition angles that compound rather than cost more every month • Instrument everything, so every test produces a clear read and a clear decision • Move our growth from mostly inbound to a deliberate, repeatable engine • AI-native growth • Build AI-powered tools and micro-products that drive acquisition - lead qualification bots, personalised outreach agents, interactive ROI calculators for clinicians, or anything else that drives growth but didn't exist last month • Build repeatable marketing systems and workflows, so output scales without headcount scaling with it • Stay at the front of what AI makes newly possible in marketing, and bring those capabilities in before competitors do • Reporting and optimisation • Own performance reporting end to end, and make data-led calls on where to invest and what to kill • Work closely with sales to align acquisition activity with the customer journey and pipeline • AI-native growth
