Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, a high-growth startup or a similarly demanding, fast-paced environment - we care more about ceiling than CV • Genuinely hungry: you're not here to do the minimum, you're here to make your mark • Deeply numerate: you're at home in spreadsheets, comfortable with ambiguity, and can turn data into a clear story • A natural relationship builder: people trust you quickly and you always follow through • Self-directed: you don't wait to be managed, you manage yourself • Strategically minded: you can zoom out and connect the dots, even when you're deep in the weeds
Responsibilities
• Own the day-to-day relationships with Abound's partner network, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring they're set up to perform • Track, report on and interpret partner performance metrics obsessively - you should be able to recite our key numbers at any moment • Identify issues before they become problems and resolve them proactively, working cross-functionally with product, credit and operations • Lead on new growth initiatives including GEO, testing new acquisition channels and building the playbook for scalable growth • Support the development of our broader partnerships and growth strategy, contributing to how we think about the commercial roadmap
