Responsibilities

• Critically assess and enhance clients’ exit readiness by challenging the equity story, data landscape, KPIs, and business plan reporting to maximise exit value for clients preparing for a sale or IPO. • Bring a critical eye and a commercial mind to both buy-side and sell-side diligence projects. Rapidly assess and present drivers of value to support or critically test the deal hypothesis using leading analytics. Enhancing the impact of dilig01: Critically evaluate clients' exit strategies by scrutinizing their equity narratives, data integrity, key performance indicators (KPIs), and business plans with an aim to optimize potential sale outcomes or IPO proceedings for maximum financial gain. • Apply commercial analytics techniques such as customer/product profitability analysis, SKU rationalization assessments, pricing strategy development, and network optimization strategies using data insights derived from advanced analytics tools like forecasting models, scenario modeling, and predictive modelling to inform better financial and business decisions. • Develop automated reporting solutions that include dashboards and reports providing granular insights at the business unit level while incorporating market context for strategic decision making by management teams.
