Cohere - People Business Partner

• We’re hiring a People Business Partner to help scale Cohere through a major phase of growth. • This is not a traditional “policy and process” HRBP role. We’re looking for commercially minded People partners who want to work closely with leaders and teams to help build high-performing organizations inside one of the world’s leading AI companies. • Cohere is scaling quickly across a globally distributed environment with both remote employees and physical offices.
