Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience. • Typically, 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAS, and SQL. • Experience with Python, Snowflake, Amazon S3, and SageMaker. • The responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.
Responsibilities
• Mines and analyzes large datasets utilizing descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. • Develops insights from historical loan performance data, identify swap-in opportunities to underwrite new customer populations, and develop credit solutions for customer base using various analytical techniques. • Developing and refining reports working with data analytics team, underwriting, and operations team. • Leverages custom score models for underwriting, pricing, and profitability. • Forecasts performance and track actual performance against lending target. • Collaborates with vendors, data science, and technology teams to ensure new strategies and models are implemented accurately and as designed. • Creates/maintains Procedure and Program documentation. • Conducts other ad hoc analyses as required to support team goals. • Other duties as assigned.
