Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping complex B2B SaaS products • Proven experience taking products from ideation through launch and iteration • Strong customer empathy and a track record of discovery-driven product development • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain strategy, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly • High degree of ownership, self-direction, and comfort operating in ambiguity • Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution • Experience with B2B SaaS platforms and familiarity with partnerships, integrations, or platform ecosystems • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product decisions • Direct experience working with partnerships, platform, or ecosystem teams • Experience building integrations, APIs, or marketplace-style products • Strong SQL skills or experience working closely with analytics teams • Experience supporting up-market customers or enterprise-adjacent workflows • Exposure to global payments, contractor management, or workforce tools
