Requirements

You’re excited by the possibility of leading cross-functional workstreams and working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • High-impact self-starter: • Strong analytical skills: you nerd out about data, can quickly structure analyses to answer key business questions to drive decision-making, and will also have perspectives on building the right data architecture. • Communication and stakeholder management: you'll need to be able to connect with sales reps, data engineers, and external vendors alike to figure out how we build the right processes and workflows to drive efficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. • Communication and stakeholder management: • Process and operational thinking: you can tackle a problem independently and quickly iterate to a solution, and then also document it in a way that's easy to understand for all audiences. • Process and operational thinking: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top school; studies within a technical discipline preferred. • 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, corporate strategy, or a startup. • Excel skills are a must; SQL / Looker experience is a plus. • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Previous Sales, Sales Operations, or Strategy experience is a plus. • Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week
Responsibilities
• Improve data quality & value: identify opportunities to use data to grow revenue. Find new methods for lead generation. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A Verkada employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs) • Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable). • $125,000—$165,000 USD
