Requirements
• You understand the active code-writing problem and what developers on product teams face day to day, because you have worked close to the code yourself. • You have led this kind of transformation for development work before, and held or raised the quality bar while doing it. • You are a strong communicator with a software evangelist's energy and real experience leading organizational change. You can explain the problem you're solving and how, and keep people excited along the way. • You are a strong collaborator who can set a team up for deep, real enablement with product teams. • You are a pragmatic operator who gets into the weeds of measuring progress and defining success, then fits it into a strategy that lands. While that is a large range, it is intentional.
