• Intelligent, persistent, and self-motivated, with a strong interest in cold outbound and sales development • Highly coachable and open to feedback, eager to continuously refine your approach • Comfortable managing high-volume, high-quality interactions and resilient in the face of rejection • Detail-oriented and thoughtful in personalizing outreach so prospects feel genuinely understood • Motivated by learning the full sales cycle and working toward becoming an Account Executive over time • This is an on-site role based in our London office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact. • For this role, the expected base salary is $60K GBP, before commission, with $80K GBP on-target estimate. Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process. Responsibilities
• Drive outbound initiatives by identifying and engaging high-potential prospects across key industries • Execute personalized, structured outreach campaigns to generate qualified meetings and pipeline • Manage high-volume outreach with precision while maintaining quality, follow-up, and message consistency • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and go-to-market experiments • Help shape outbound playbooks and prospecting approaches as the team scales
