Requirements

• 5+ years of prior sales development experience (SaaS, Tech, or startup experience strongly preferred). • Experience with using sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator). • BA/BS degree from an accredited university (Business or Technical major a plus) - or equivalent experience. • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills. • Executive presence. • Passion for sales and a desire to build a career in software and technology. • Let’s build it together: • At Sift, we are intentionally building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities

• Identify key personas within your high value accounts and lay the foundation for a strong, long lasting relationship. • Conduct thoughtful prospecting activities, including relevant and personalized calls, social & email touches. Our expectations are for 40-50 meaningful activities a day. • Set up discovery calls for SMB/Mid-Market/Enterprise Account Executives. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support successful campaigns. • Represent the Sift brand at industry conferences.
