Requirements

• 5+ years of prior partner development experience (SaaS, tech, or startup experience is a plus). • Experience using sales and partner tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; partner portals or PRM tools a plus). • BA/BS degree from an accredited university (Business or Technical major a plus) – or equivalent experience. • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills. • Executive presence and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders at partner organizations. • Passion for partnerships, sales, and a desire to build a career in software and technology. • Let’s build it together: • At Sift, we are intentionally building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities

• Research and identify strategic partners (resellers, solution providers, consultancies, technology alliances, and marketplaces) that align with Sift’s ideal customer profile and go-to-market strategy. • Engage and qualify prospective partners by understanding their business model, customer base, and existing technology stack to determine mutual fit. • Conduct thoughtful outbound activities to new and existing partner prospects, including relevant and personalized calls, social and email touches. Our expectations are 40–50 meaningful activities a day. • Set up introductory and discovery calls between qualified partners and Sift’s Partner Managers. • Support partner onboarding and early enablement, including sharing core Sift collateral, demoing high-level capabilities, and ensuring partners understand our value proposition. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to support successful account-based and partner-based campaigns, including events, webinars, and joint marketing activities. • Represent the Sift brand at partner conferences and events, building strong relationships and expanding our partner network. • What would make you a great fit: • Get Sift Done Attitude: You are self-motivated and have the ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment. • Win as One Team: You want to build a culture of collaboration and growth where you celebrate each other's successes. • Festina Lente: You hustle and maintain urgency in all that you do. • Tough On Ideas: You are not afraid to ask hard questions and strive to constantly reevaluate the status quo. • Ever Better: You are constantly looking for growth opportunities and welcome feedback from your peers and managers.
