• Proven Experience: 5-7+ years in Bid / Proposal Management or related roles. Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end bid processes across Europe (France, UK, Germany, Nordics, Eastern Europe) • Own RFP evaluation, proposal strategy, drafting, and submission • Produce high-quality, persuasive, and technically accurate proposals • Ensure compliance with European procurement frameworks, export controls, and client requirements • Coordinate cross-functional inputs (Sales, Product, R&D, Legal, Finance) • Operate within structured bid governance (Go/No-Go, review cycles, quality gates) • Act as primary point of contact with clients during bidding phases • Track bid performance and feed insights into central strategy
