Webflow - Lead Solutions Engineer - West
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space • Exhibit an advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript • Take a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems • Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions • You’ll thrive as a Lead Solutions Engineer if you: • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills • Creatively problem solve and automate routine tasks with AI • Enjoy working autonomously, creatively, and kindly with your teammates while empowering and supporting those around you • Demonstrate excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills • Lead with enthusiasm for earning customer trust and deepening customer relationships • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities • Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact. • Our Core Behaviors: • Build lasting customer trust.
