Requirements
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally • Know how to drive a consultative approach & are passionate about helping customers solve problems • Creatively problem solve with AI where appropriate • You’ll thrive as a Senior Solutions Engineer if you: • Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions • Exhibit an understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript • Enjoy working autonomously, creatively, and kindly with your teammates while empowering and supporting those around you • Possess strong written, visual and verbal communication skills • Demonstrate excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities • Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact. • Our Core Behaviors: • Build lasting customer trust.
