• Lead digital product strategy and execution for credit analysis at OakNorth. • Report to the Director of Lending Product as a 'player-coach'. • Manage 1-2 senior and mid-level Product Managers within this role. • Take on responsibility for key projects related to credit analysis technology. • Shape vision, roadmap, and outcomes for how OakNorth performs, supports, and scales its digital credit analysis through technology. • Fundamentally change the support of credit decisions at OakNorth by delivering software that embeds new ways of working across the Credit Analysis function. • Lead a transformation balancing deep credit expertise with regulatory expectations and operational reality, aimed at evolving digital credit analysis to best-in-class standards today and in the future.
