Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in performance, digital, or product marketing, or growth-oriented roles • Basic understanding of product and marketing analytics (CTR, CTA, ROAS, CR, retention, etc.) • Foundational knowledge of analytical tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar) • Autonomy: ability to independently launch initiatives, coordinate tasks, and drive processes forward • Result-oriented mindset: ability to clearly formulate hypotheses, measure their impact, and scale successful solutions • HOW WE GET THINGS DONE? • Remote-first, but we have offices in Ukraine (Kyiv, Lviv, Vinnytsia), so you can mix and match if you prefer. Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end creative and marketing workflows — map processes, cut bottlenecks, and continuously raise the bar on execution quality • Build and iterate on marketing funnels and creative approaches, making sure each piece works as part of a cohesive acquisition system • Use AI tools daily as your default workflow — generate ad copy drafts, landing page variants, image concepts, and AI UGS videos; you treat AI as a co-worker, not a novelty • Drive growth experiments — generate data-backed hypotheses, design A/B tests, and turn results into clear decisions and next steps • Run AI-assisted user research at scale — use LLMs to analyze hundreds of user interview transcripts, app reviews, and support tickets to surface real motivations and objections that feed into creative strategy • Build AI-powered competitive intelligence loops — set up automated monitoring (with tools like Perplexity, custom GPTs, or n8n/Make workflows) that surface competitor moves, new market entrants, and trend shifts weekly without manual scanning
