Requirements
• 2+ year of experience in user acquisition / performance marketing • Experience managing budgets over $100K on paid social channels • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics and how they impact business performance • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions • Experience working with analytics tools such as Amplitude or Tableau • Structured and systematic approach to work • Creativity and ability to generate strong ideas and hypotheses • Ability to explain and support decisions with data • Ability to react quickly and adapt to changes • Upper- Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English
Responsibilities
• Create, manage, and scale advertising campaigns (Meta, AppLovin, TikTok) • Optimize ad campaigns to achieve performance KPIs • Own key performance metrics such as ROAS, Spend, and others • Develop and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition performance • Work closely with PMMs and the creative team to improve product messaging and ad creatives • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and generate new ideas • Research and analyze competitors’ user acquisition strategies, including channels and ad creatives
