Responsibilities
• Planning, executing, and scaling app user acquisition campaigns across Facebook Ads or other paid social channels, with a focus on performance • Monitoring and optimizing account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation • Driving incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation • Collaborating with analytics, creative and social teams to boost paid acquisition • Generating insights from performance data and proactively identifying areas of opportunity • Staying up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations • Producing regular performance reports and contributing to strategic discussions • 3+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition, preferably in high-growth environments • Expert-level experience managing campaigns in Social channels (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat) and/or Google Ads • Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV • Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities • Solid understanding of app attribution and proficiency using MMP tools • Proficiency using tools like Looker, Tableau or similar BI tools to analyze and visualize data • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally • Upper-intermediate or advanced proficiency in English • Ability to conduct market research and competitors analysis • Experience in web2app user acquisition • Experience in Health Tech, FinTech, or other regulated industries • Experience with automation tools and scripts for campaign management • Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA etc.
