Requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations for Kraken Institutional products in North America to achieve growth targets within a specified timeframe while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and adherence to compliance standards. • Develop and implement comprehensive strategies aimed at increasing market share, expanding client base, driving revenue growth through the introduction of new institutional offerings tailored for large corporate clients in North America within a specified timeframe while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and adherence to compliance standards. • Lead cross-functional teams by providing guidance on product development strategies that align with market needs, ensuring timely delivery of products meeting institutional requirements as well as fostering innovation in the crypto trading solutions space within a specified timeframe while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and adherence to compliance standards. • Collaborate closely with sales representatives across various regions by providing training on product knowledge, client management techniques, negotiation skills, effective communication strategies for complex institutional transactions as well as fostering innovation in the crypto trading solutions space within a specified timeframe while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and adherence to compliance standards. • Develop comprehensive sales training programs aimed at enhancing product knowledge among existing team members, ensuring they are equipped with up-to-date information on institutional offerings as well as fostering innovation in the crypto trading solutions space within a specified timeframe while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and adherence to compliance standards. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, client acquisition rates, revenue growth targets for institutional products across various regions with an emphasis on North America; provide regular reports highlighting progress towards goals within a specified timeframe while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and adherence to compliance standards. • Engage in continuous dialogue with clients by understanding their unique needs through client meetings, surveys or feedback sessions aimed at identifying potential areas of improvement for institutional offerings as well as fostering innovation in the crypto trading solutions space within a specified timeframe while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and adherence to compliance standards. • Collaborate with product development teams by providing insights into market trends, client feedback gathered from engagement activities aimed at identifying potential areas of improvement for institutional offerings as well as fostering innovation in the crypto trading solutions space within a specified timeframe while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and adherence to compliance standards. • Participate actively in industry events, conferences or webinars aimed at staying abreast of latest developments in institutional sales strategies as well as fostering innovation in the crypto trading solutions space within a specified timeframe

This range is not inclusive of other additional compensation elements, such as our Bonus program, Equity program, Wellness allowance, and other benefits [US Only] (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
