Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own the technical relationship with our commercial prospects/customers. • Develop a deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations, configurations messaging, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape. • Listen carefully to prospects and clients for market feedback to prioritize functionality needed to drive sales opportunities. • Support customers through their trial process with Vanta by building examples, documentation, and other critical resources. • Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, continuous improvement, and identify new programs to improve the pre to post-sales transition.
