Responsibilities

• Lead the institution activation process, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active usage of ModernFi's platform • Be a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize all platform features • Oversee joint marketing activations with clients, coordinating between internal teams (Institution Success, Marketing, Sales) and client stakeholders • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly • Regularly check in on client usage, identify patterns, and proactively suggest ways to increase platform utilization • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact • Work closely with founding team and the Institution Success team to develop strategies for increasing client engagement and usage • Identify and communicate upsell opportunities based on client's strategic growth goals • Gather and communicate client feedback on the product to drive platform improvements
