Requirements
• 2+ years experience in Capacity Management • Full-Truckload Experience (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed) • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required • Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively • Ability to problem solve, think quickly and make sound business decisions • Self-motivated with a passion to achieve results • Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering individual results
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage a carrier book of business to align with shipper freight needs • Reach and exceed the required load coverage, volume, service metrics, and revenue goals • Establish multi-dimensional relationships with carrier partners to support the growth of CloudTrucks/CT Exchange network • Develop proactive communication processes for cross-functional collaboration and positive outcomes • Coach and develop next class/junior members of CTExchange Carrier Sales Team • Identify and communicate continuous improvement ideas for process and performance improvement
Benefits
