Requirements
• 1+ years experience of a proven track record of high achievement in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with prospects. • Tenacity, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. • Exhibit a self-motivated, coachable attitude & growth mindset with a willingness to adapt and evolve in a rapidly changing startup environment. • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Salesforce & Salesloft.
Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social networking to generate leads and initiate conversations with potential customers. • Qualify leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and buying intentions through effective questioning and active listening. • Complete approximately 70-100+ calls/day. • Schedule approximately 15+ demos/month. • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure alignment on ideal prospects. • Use Seamless.io, Zillow, Google, and other platforms to research and find prospective SFR (Single Family Residential) Property Managers to contact. • Schedule and confirm demo times with prospects. • Become proficient in Salesforce and Salesloft. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities to meet and exceed quarterly sales goals. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. • Utilize Salesforce & sales automation tools to track and manage lead interactions, update prospect information, and report on pipeline activity. • Stay informed about industry trends & market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the game. • Continuously strive for personal and professional growth through ongoing training, skill development, and knowledge sharing.
