Requirements

Responsibilities
• Architect and execute the full-stack growth strategy across Meta/paid social, email/SMS flows, and Shopify CRO to drive the Summer 2026 launch. • Own the commercial North Star metrics including CAC, ROAS, and LTV, translating marketing activities into sustainable revenue and unit economic success. • Scale the brand’s digital presence by identifying and exploiting high-growth channels and creating content that resonates with a younger, digitally-native audience.
