Requirements
• Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot (or comparable CRM and Marketing Automation tools). • Advanced project management skills using Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end Product Marketing strategy and execution for the Translation Foundations and Quality track, defining how the world understands DeepL’s core quality and adaptability. • Inform the product roadmap by distilling market, competitive, and customer insights into actionable requirements. • Translate complex AI capabilities and foundational research into clear, outcome-driven messaging that differentiates our core offerings from the rest of the market. • Lead the planning and execution of global product launches, coordinating across Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to drive awareness and user adoption. • Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to provide global revenue teams with the training and assets needed to position our technical foundations effectively against competitors. • Work across Marketing and Revenue to ensure a unified strategy that drives long-term user retention and platform awareness. • Qualities we look for • 8+ years of professional experience in Marketing, Product, or Revenue, with at least 6 years in B2B Product Marketing. • A full-stack PMM who can move seamlessly between high-level research strategy and tactical revenue enablement. • Proven success in driving go-to-market strategies for complex, foundational technologies or platform-level products. • A natural storyteller with the ability to translate highly technical concepts into narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers. • High level of comfort navigating ambiguity and using data-driven insights to solve complex problems in a fast-moving environment. • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience working with product development, research, and sales teams. • AI literacy and a deep curiosity for how language technology is evolving for the enterprise. • Fluency in English and a passion for languages and communication.
