Requirements

• Proven experience leading digital marketing and customer acquisition within a direct-to-consumer, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand • Deep expertise across paid social, paid search, media buying, and performance marketing strategy • Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and customer acquisition metrics • Hands-on experience with advertising platforms, including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and related tools • Track record of scaling revenue and customer growth through data-driven acquisition strategies • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or external marketing partners • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights • Highly organized and comfortable balancing strategy with execution in a fast-moving environment • A builder mentality with excitement for ownership, experimentation, and scaling growth responsibly • Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative, ecommerce, and leadership teams • Genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, and community-driven brands • The Recruitment Process: • Video screen with Niamh, Talent Advisor from Bloom • Video Interview with Megan (Director of Finance and Business Operations of Poppy & Peonies) • Take Home Assignment • Second Video Interview with Natalie Dusome (Co-Founder of Poppy & Peonies) • Reference checks • Applications will be accepted through the end of June. Candidates can expect to hear from us regarding next steps by June 15th. • We’re seeking an exceptional candidate based in the US or Canada who values the flexibility of remote work while embracing the excitement of in-person experiences. • There will be occasional domestic and/or international travel for photoshoots, events, and team retreats.

Benefits

• Annual Salary ranges from $150,000- $185,000 • Performance bonus • 3 weeks of paid vacation per year • $250 annual period & menstrual budget • $1,000 annual allowance towards Poppy & Peonies product • $400 home office setup allowance • All compensation and benefit amounts are reflected in local currency (CAD/USD) where applicable. • At Bloom, we see conversations around compensation as a continuous discussion.
