Requirements
• 10+ years of recruitment experience within Product & Engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within high-growth, global organizations. • Proven success in designing and executing global TA strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Experience leading multi-location teams and hiring across diverse functions. • Strong business acumen and ability to build relationships with and influence senior stakeholders. • Data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in TA Analytics and reporting. • Deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. • Familiarity with recruitment tech stacks (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools).
Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership & Planning: • Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with AlphaSense’s business objectives, growth plans, and cultural values. • Forecast hiring needs and build scalable recruitment processes that can flex with business priorities. • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within recruitment strategies and ensure diverse candidate pipelines. • Team Leadership & Development: • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters and TA managers across multiple geographies. • Foster a high-performance, data-driven, and collaborative team culture. • Enhance team capabilities through training, coaching, and process optimization. • Stakeholder & Cross-functional Partnership: • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and department heads on all hiring matters. • Partner with HR, People Operations, and Finance to ensure workforce planning alignment. • Collaborate with Marketing to elevate AlphaSense’s employer brand and recruitment marketing. • Operational Excellence & Innovation: • Drive efficiency through recruitment technology, automation, and reporting tools. • Analyze hiring metrics to continuously improve time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience. • Lead initiatives to enhance employer brand positioning in priority markets. • What Defines Success • High-performing TA team: your team is performing, engaged, and built-to-scale with clear career paths and development plans. • High-performing TA team: • On-time hiring delivery: 90% of roles are filled within or ahead of agreed timelines. • On-time hiring delivery: • Executive Trust: C-suite and business leaders view TA as a strategic partner, evidenced by proactive engagement in workforce planning and reliance on TA insights for decision-making. • Executive Trust: • Cross-functional alignment: you have strong internal partnerships and clear SLAs with Finance, HR/People Ops, and hiring managers. • Cross-functional alignment: • Strong leadership: you model inclusive leadership, and provide ongoing learning opportunities and enablement/training for your team. • Strong leadership: • Operational Excellence: your team is data-driven, and you actively track and improve key efficiency metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience scores to meet or exceed industry benchmarks. • Operational Excellence: • Unified global team: you partner with other TA Directors & leaders to ensure standardized and efficient workflows across our global offices. • Unified global team: • For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function and level benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below. • You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
