ZayZoon - Senior Controller
Requirements
• CPA designation • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory or management role • Deep knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP • A track record of managing month-end close, audits, financial reporting, and internal controls in a fast-moving environment • Comfort with multi-entity structures and intracompany accounting • Strong attention to detail and a controls-oriented mindset, without losing sight of the bigger picture • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights • Curiosity around AI and financial automation with a strong technical literacy • Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of listed criteria, women and other marginalized folks tend to only apply when they check every box.
