BitMEX - Senior Sales Manager
Requirements
• 4-7 years of proven business development or sales experience, preferably within the crypto derivatives space. • Fluency in both English and a secondary European language is essential. • Strong understanding of the crypto derivatives market and related products. • Have past experience in navigating the entire sales cycle effectively, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. • Comfortable with cold calling and initiating outreach to potential clients. • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth in the crypto derivatives market. • Proactively source, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and networking. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the crypto space, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to position the company effectively. • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and prospecting to closing deals and ensuring smooth onboarding for new clients. • Attend and represent the company at key industry events and conferences, building brand presence and establishing partnerships. • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and compliance to align business development efforts with company goals. • Regularly report on sales activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets to senior management.
