Responsibilities
• Architect Strategic Programs: Translate high-level goals into MECE workstreams with clear interfaces, owners, and timelines. • Architect Strategic Programs: • Harness AI & Emerging Technology: Identify and deploy AI-powered tools and approaches to accelerate execution and unlock solutions across your own work and broader workstreams. • Harness AI & Emerging Technology: • Drive Execution with CEO-Standard Rigor: Own initiatives from kickoff through outcomes. Set the pace. Maintain altitude and detail without losing either. • Drive Execution with CEO-Standard Rigor: • Align Stakeholders Across Levels and Functions: Influence without authority. Drive accountability through clarity, not escalation. • Align Stakeholders Across Levels and Functions: • Translate Ambiguity Into Action: When no playbook exists, build one. When priorities are unclear, force rank them. When coordination breaks down, rebuild the system. • Translate Ambiguity Into Action: • Collaborate Across Boundaries: Manage projects that touch internal teams and external partners — vendors, regulators, and strategic collaborators. Align internal readiness to external dependencies. • Collaborate Across Boundaries: • First 90 days: Quickly grasp Clover’s business model, establish key relationships, and become the go-to-lead on a core strategic project. • First 90 days: • First 6 months: Successfully drive multiple cross-functional initiatives to completion, develop systems improving operational efficiency, and establish yourself as a trusted leadership advisor on strategic priorities. • First 6 months: • First year: Create scalable coordination mechanisms that improve execution across teams, resolve strategic misalignments, and deliver measurable business impact on growth and operational leverage. • First year: • You should get in touch if: • You’ve had 3–10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), in BizOps at a tech company, or in a high-trust internal strategy/Chief of Staff-type role. • You think in structured logic, write with precision, and speak in synthesized insights. • You’re not a deck-maker. You’re a system builder who wants to see the impact of your thinking play out in operations. • You’ve driven complex, multi-org initiatives to the finish line — not just advised on them. • You’re energized by ambiguity, allergic to bureaucracy, and motivated by direct proximity to decision-making and value creation. • You don’t need positional authority to lead. You earn trust and create alignment through clarity, quality, and velocity.
