Requirements
• 10+ years in growth marketing, CRO, lifecycle, or experimentation leadership within high-scale fintech, marketplace, SaaS, or consumer technology company • Deep expertise i experimentation design data and conversion analytics. • Demonstrated success running high-velocity global experimentation programs. • Strong collaboration experience with media, data science, and product teams. • AI-native mindset with practical experience applying AI to growth workflows and optimization. • Proven ability to operate in highly measurable, performance-accountable environments. • Experience scaling growth initiatives across multiple international markets. • To be successful in this position, you will have the following: • Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision. • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills. • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
• Own the global conversion and owned growth strategy across website, landing pages, onboarding flows, email, SMS, push, and in-product surfaces. • Architect and lead a structured experimentation roadmap including multi-arm and adaptive landing page testing, onboarding experiments, incentives, lifecycle sequencing experiments, and personalization frameworks. • Drive measurable improvement in visitor-to-application, application-to-funded, and funded account quality metrics. Partner closely with Media Analytics to integrate paid traffic into owned journey optimization, including retargeting logic, funnel stitching, and incrementality testing across channels. • Build global experimentation infrastructure across countries with clear statistical rigor, test governance, and velocity targets. • Leverage AI-native tools for content generation, dynamic personalization, audience segmentation, and experimentation execution. • Build and lead a high-performing team of growth marketers and experimentation analysts. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package.
