Requirements

• Proven track record or hiring A players in a fast paced environment • Precise sourcing skills (we don't only rely on inbound applicants) • Resourcefulness, ability to leverage LinkedIn as well as the network of the current team to source potential candidates • Strong interpersonal skills, you will be able to connect and build lasting relationships with both stakeholders and candidates. • High EQ, being able to understand what drives candidates and assess cultural fit. You value candidates highly and provide them with a world-class experience throughout the process • Excellent organisation skills, being able to manage candidates funnel with maximum attention to detail and due diligence. Responsibilities

• Hire A - players: you will work with the co-founders and the executive team to calibrate roles and seniorities, hire the best talent in the world, and create hiring playbooks • Act like a founder: you will go beyond scope of work and priorities, it is in the DNA of ARQ to do whatever it takes to win. You love freedom, ownership, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty • Put together the best: you will be an owner in building out our Recruitment KPIs, closely monitoring data and making informed decisions about how and whom we need to hire • Build the Talent team: further down the line you will hire other recruiters to work with you on scaling the team as the business keeps growing • Scope, plan, and execute People and Talent programs: you will work closely together with the other Talent Lead to not only execute on the hiring plan, but also put in place robust, scalable programs and initiatives to support our future growth
