Responsibilities

• You have 1–2 years of HR or People Ops experience and know your way around an HRIS, ideally Deel or similar • Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment • You're obsessed with accuracy and data • You're a natural at juggling competing priorities; you stay calm, organised, and proactive when things move fast • You communicate with clarity • You spot inefficiencies and fix them • You thrive in a high-growth environment where processes are still being built, and you enjoy being part of building them
